Our shipping team is back from the holiday break, and order processing is fully underway. If you need to request an address or order change, please email our support team as soon as possible so we can assist. We are actively working through support tickets and pending shipments and aim to return to our normal processing timeline by mid-February. Please be aware that all remaining store items for sale are Made To Order and require additional time for our in house team to manufacture the items just for you! Update 12/18/25: Orders are continuing to process through December 23rd. Our shipping and store support teams will be taking a short holiday break from December 24th through January 1st, with order processing resuming once we return refreshed and ready to help. Original Sale Message 11/7/25: Things are bound to get crazy (in the best way) for the madness sale, so we want to be upfront: our shipping team cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas or even by the end of December. We are expecting a large volume of orders from this sale with many combinations of items to ship. We will be shipping everything out as fast as possible during the madness rush.
Important Shipping Notes: Our team will be batching similar item shipments, such as single item orders, first to help process as many customers in bulk as possible fast. Any orders containing Made-to-Order (MTO) items will take up to 2 weeks or more for processing to finalize as we make all apparel in house. Requests for tracking / shipping updates will not be answered by support as we need to prioritize any immediate order adjustments. Tracking will be provided by Email when your order has been packed for shipment.
