What’s your shipping policy?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can track your shipments in here.

Our standard shipping method is DHL Smart Mail Ground (3-9 transit days). You may upgrade to expedited shipping at an additional cost.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Do international orders have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.

 

When will my order be processed?

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

During peak Holiday Season (Nov. 9th - Dec. 19th) orders may take 3 business days to ship.

 

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if your order is processing or has shipped, we will be unable to modify it.

 

What’s your return and exchange policy?

Return Policy

If you're not happy with your order, you may return any unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by contacting our Customer Care team. Returns made within 45 days of the order purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Return shipping will not be provided by Rooster Teeth Productions, LLC.

**Clearance (final sale items), retired items, Limited Edition items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item within 45 days of the order purchase date by contacting our Customer Care team. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. For expedited service and selection, exchanges will be processed as a return/full refund. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by our Customer Care team. Please place your replacement order online.

**Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange.

International Return + Exchange Policy

If you're not happy with your order, you may return or exchange any unused, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by contacting our Customer Care team. Returns made within 60 days of the order purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. For expedited service and selection, exchanges will be processed as a return/full refund. Please place your replacement order online. International return/exchange shipping will not be provided by Rooster Teeth Productions, LLC. Rooster Teeth, LLC is not responsible for customs fees associated with returns or exchanges.

Return + Exchange FAQ

Q: What items do not qualify for a return?

A: Items that are not in the original condition (used, worn, washed), gift cards, clearance, retired items, and Limited Edition items.

Q: My item is defective. Can I return it?

A: Contact our Customer Care team and we will take care of you.

Q: Will I be charged for a return?

A: Your original item and shipping cost will be fully refunded. You may be responsible for the return shipping.

Q: I want to exchange my item but the item I want is no longer available. Can you help?

A: Typically exchanges will be processed as a return and repurchase. However, if you don't see the item you want online, contact our Customer Care team for assistance and we'll take care of you.

Q: What information do you need to process a return/exchange?

A: Please provide your email address and order number.

How should I care for my shirt?

For a long lifespan, we recommend machine washing shirts in cold water, inside-out, and line drying. If you’re feeling rebellious you can dry them, but we must warn you, they may shrink a wee bit (even the preshrunk shirts).

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment at checkout*:

On your bank or card statement, the transaction will appear as “Rooster Teeth Productions.”

We verify credit card billing and account information at the time of checkout. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "bill to” information, or if the information does not match the address information on file. You will be charged at the moment of purchase.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped to Texas, California, New York, and Illinois will have the appropriate sales tax automatically added to the order total.
